Order and Delivery
What is the cost of shipping within the USA?
Shipping within the US is a flat $4 for USPS first class shipping. However, US orders over $45 earn FREE first class shipping. If desired, Priority Shipping is calculated upon checkout.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
We now offer worldwide shipping through DHL. Shipping costs and taxes will be automatically calculated at checkout.
I have questions about the product or want to change (color, size, size, price ...) what to do?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Despite each Tidal Hair Stick being handmade, we pride ourselves on getting your order to you quickly. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours (unless holiday season) and then take 2-5 days for USPS delivery.
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
For domestic orders, if your item arrives to you broken, just let us know and we would be happy to replace it. Photo proof of damaged item will be required. Items that are lost in the mail due to an incorrect address on the buyer's part will not be refunded. No refunds on international orders.
Oops- can I cancel my order?
Please send an email to info@tidalhairsticks.com and let us know. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will happily refund your entire purchase. If it has already been shipped, we cannot offer a refund.

What forms of payment does the shop have?
We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.
How can I change my payment method for an order?
Please contact us directly at info@tidalhairsticks.com and we will help change your payment preference.
How to use discount codes?
If you sign up on our email list, we often offer special discount codes. When checking out your order, just type in the code in the designated box.
