This deep-blue rock nugget is Lapis Lazuli, which was used by Renaissance painters to  make ultramarine paint (the finest and most expensive blue.) The ultramarine color comes from sodalite, but most nuggets also have specks of white calcite and golden pyrite crystals.

Lapis brings harmony, deep inner self-knowledge. and encourages creativity. It is said to  assist to confront and speak one’s truth and inspire confidence as well.

Because these are natural stones, please expect some variations in color and size.

The standard base is a 4 1/2 inch black lacquered wood with a unique tapered shape, but after beads are added, the Hair Stick is around 5 1/2 to 6 inches total. A large 6 inch base is available at no additional cost. Most customers prefer to use the smaller 4 1/2 inch base, but you may want to go for the larger 6 inch size if your hair is extremely thick or very long. Click HERE to read more about sizes.
